Feeling sick as a dog today. 😠 Not craving a ciggie, just feeling rough. Can't concentrate and slept bad last night.

just remember, you had bad days , sickness even when you used to smoke , so smoking is not an answer..

it will get over .

Try to distract yourself, call old friends, watch some light movie or play some trivial games .. just let the time pass ..

Hi Purplehaze, I'm afraid that today the withdrawal symptoms have caught up with you.

Be patient with yourself and kind to your body. Nicotine is a very powerful stimulant and you and your body were used to depending on it.

These feelings won't last forever so hang in there hun.
