Been along time since I last checked in with you all coming up to 4 years now since I quit smoking and still going strong had no urges or need to smoke don’t ever think about it now it’s funny I never imagined not smoking or even not thinking about it but I can honestly say hand on heart I don’t so for all you newbies you have got this you can do this believe
