A big thank you to all of you. You have always supported me in my quit and stood by me with your kind advices.
I have not smoked a single cigarette since March 16, 2019. It’s been smoke free five months.
I feel nasal blockage for the last few weeks. I feel difficulty in breathing through my nose. Feel like blockage in my nose. Do anyone have encountered such issues after quitting smoking?

Hi HA_Guy,firstly super well done for your 5️⃣ smoke free months💥! I hope you've managed to treat yourself along the way.😎🌟🍫
I've had 2 bouts of sinusitis in the last 9 months or so. I put it down to the fact the after smoking for 40+ years there's a lot of cleaning up to be done.
I agree with jillygirl,have a word with your doctor.🚭👍XX
Hi HA, lovely to see you and huge congratulations for 5 months smoke free👏🏼👏🏼 Great achievement, well done👍🏼
Good advice already so I’ll just say hope you feel better soon🚭✅💕🌻xx
Hi The_Ha_Guy!
Yep! My nose almost drowned me in June for the fifth time since last December. I was in bed in June up to my ears in wadded up tissues and coughing so much. My wheezing actually woke me up one night and scared me to death with its high pitch. I gasped in fear and realized it was my own phlegmy lungs! 😆😆.
My doctor gave me Fluticasone nasal spray for allergies. It worked great! My sinuses were so swollen as those hair things were growing back and being sensitive to everything, darn near. I also got an inhaler of some kind. It’s not an acute use one. It’s one I gotta take three times a day. With those two things I have been doing much better.
