Hello it’s been 3 weeks since I last smoked, starting to struggle a little bit so thought I’d come and check out others stories for a little bit of help as I have no support at home😢

Just take it one step and a time a remember the cravings and struggling will pass I'm now at the 4 month stage and I sometimes forget I ever smoked keep going you have got this far it won't be long till you feel better 👍
