Went for a 3 mile run with friends and thought to myself that I'm lucky I can do this why would I smoke. Wish I could take it all back.

Pretty common thing Bonz, to wish we’d never started smoking in the first place....particularly if you’ve been left with some health problem/s as a result. You can turn it around and find some gratitude in deciding to quit when you did....sort of bringing it into the present moment instead of beating yourself up with the ‘if onlys’ of regrets belonging to the past. You’re now doing the best thing for you. You’re awesome and you can run 3 miles. I can’t even run a tap, much love Poll x

Great Job Bonz!! I'm just starting day 46, and one thing that has really motivated me, besides great feedback here, is downloading app "Just Quit". Look it up in App Store, others out there as well. Also, try setting signing up for a sports event in future to work towards. Let me know how your doing in future...awesome decision to stop.
