Sorry for laughing but that's how i and probably all of us felt. I am only a few days ahead of you and i can tell you it gets easier. The bets tip i got was to get an app on my phone. I can see how long i have given up in seconds if i need too and simply seeing it clicking on helps. The app is "Quit it "lite also known as the free version..according to it I have now been a non smoker for 3,922,958 seconds.. you have for about 200,000 seconds..it sounds better! Now get to day 4, then get to day 5...
Hi first week is the hardest, once you pass the first week it'll be a bit easy to control your cravings. Good thing is YOU CAN DO IT!! You'll have nicotine in your body for 3 days after that it's mind over matter. Once you reach 3 weeks you won't even feel like lighting it up. God bless
