Oh Leanne

Don't feel like a failure, these things happen.

It's hard.... very hard to quit, so if you fall, just pick yourself up and try try again.

You can do this πŸ‘

You will YOU WILL .. We have such a great group of people here to keep us all in CHECK.. I have been tempted so many times to buy a pack, BUT I won't do it. I want to BUT IM NOT NO MORE FOR ME.. I wish you the best and know we all will be here months from now saying how much better off we are and much much HEALTHIER we are..

Stay Strong xox

Hi every cigarette you don't smoke is a success so you are not a failure. It's like riding a horse - you keep falling off but then you get back on again and one day you are fine.

I am sure we have all tried to quit numerous times, I know I have. This time I will succeed in getting off and staying off them. You will too. x

If someone was learning how to drive a car and the instructor said get in and drive before you had practiced, what would happen????? Me thinks it would be a crash😩 The same thing with smoking, we have to learn how to cope without lighting up. You're not a failure coz you're just learning how to. Alcohol is responsible for lowering your resolve. You've learned that now and can move forward. As the other lovely ladies have said, try again and keep trying. You will get there and although it's not easy, I promise it's worth itπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜Š
