you can do this Sekar. Remember it's the cigs that make you feel stressed so it won't help you in the long run.

I went cold turkey Sekar, you may have heard this before but I'll say it again...... If I can do it, anyone can do it..... I was on 40 a day before I quit! xx 🌸
