Just a wee check in with all you lovely people. Its day 11 now smoke free. Today has been hard as it's 6 months today since my mum passed away, I was tempted to buy a packet of cigarettes but I never so I definitely know I can succeed again xx

Hi Angie, my quit date was the 6th September. Its been a quick 6 months and I have her first birthday without her on the 1st of October, So that's gonna be another testing day for me xxx
