Good morning all well here I am at day 6, not going to say it's been easy but its been a mixed bag with equal good and bad days, yesterday we went out and half way into our journey I suddenly remembered I hadn't put my patch on , was fighting the urge to scream at hubby turn round ! I calmed down and thought the only way I'm going to get through it is to not think about it ........I should really keep a spare one in my bag that way I wont get caught out ............anyway we did have a nice day all be it a wet one and I did survive without my patch :-)

Take care care everyone
