Hi to Everyone!!!!!! I haven't posted in a long while. On August 15th it was 2 months without smoking. I am so proud of myself. And my breathing is so much better. I am going to start running. Don't get me wrong I wake up every night and I want a cigarette. But it passes. I wish everyone much happiness and sucess! You can do it..........
