Hi meraj and welcome to Quit Support 😊

A big well done for being smokefree for 4 weeks, that's a great achievement👏🏼👏🏼

try some of our breathing techniques under pinned posts to help slow things down and also read the post about anxiety/panic attacks/withdrawal symptoms, as this will help you to understand why you're feeling this way.

There's an Anxiety Support group on HU which may help and also a good idea to have a chat with your Doctor too.

Good luck and hang in there, you're doing great.

Hi there meraj, Welcome to Quit support, I see you have had very good advice from our Briarwood, so I wont repeat. However if you are really worried you could have a word with your doctor to put your mind at ease. :) x
