Just a thought I had while driving yesterday. In my previous two jobs, I had a 45/60-minute drive to and from work and would always smoke three fags on each journey, always at the same points, ie, one when I got to x motorway, etc.
I was always tempted to have extra ones if stuck in traffic or whatever and any long drive as a passenger, or if I was driving with a non-smoking passenger, were a nightmare as I couldn't smoke.
I thought driving would be especially difficult but realised yesterday on my once a week long drive that it was almost easier as I didn't have to spend the whole journey waiting till I got to my next smoking point, as I did before! Even coped being stuck in traffic for nearly an hour πͺ
Difficult today but you can't have everything π

I have to drive a van once a week for work, usually lasts about 3-4 hours. Like you, all I used to think about was when I'd have my next cigarette. Now.... radio on loud, singing πΆ at the top of my voice πΆ Good for me, bad for anyone else hearing this ππ
Give it a try, if anything, you'll find the time goes quickly
