Driving...

Just a thought I had while driving yesterday. In my previous two jobs, I had a 45/60-minute drive to and from work and would always smoke three fags on each journey, always at the same points, ie, one when I got to x motorway, etc.

I was always tempted to have extra ones if stuck in traffic or whatever and any long drive as a passenger, or if I was driving with a non-smoking passenger, were a nightmare as I couldn't smoke.

I thought driving would be especially difficult but realised yesterday on my once a week long drive that it was almost easier as I didn't have to spend the whole journey waiting till I got to my next smoking point, as I did before! Even coped being stuck in traffic for nearly an hour 💪

Difficult today but you can't have everything 😊

I have to drive a van once a week for work, usually lasts about 3-4 hours. Like you, all I used to think about was when I'd have my next cigarette. Now.... radio on loud, singing 🎶 at the top of my voice 🎶 Good for me, bad for anyone else hearing this 😂😂

Give it a try, if anything, you'll find the time goes quickly
