Nothing big but 5 days of smoke free👏🙌 !! I'm not having bad withdrawals, more like just a little cravings most at night when I am alone & after dinner i miss blowing out smoke that part I enjoyed the most it was so relaxing for me NOT anymore!! I cut a straw size of cig chew on it ..... I finally told my twin don't smoke in the house ! I don't know about the car?😒 But anyways over all I believe I am doing OK 💪! .... ...... .P.S side note ..I don't believe patches have much nicotine, because my patche fell sometime in the day time didn't realize until I got ready for my bath that night !! Just my opinion!
