Happy to have reached 5 months smoke free (shiny new badge ), still vaping though I've finally reduced from 2.4 down to 1.8, with a bit of luck hope to be nic free by the end of the year. I've found it easier this time around although without my ecig I think I would have struggled badly. Still have the occasional blip where I find myself thinking shall I pop to the garage, usually about 2-3am whilst I am playing poker on the computer (only for fun not for money) have resisted so far

Well done on 5 Months.🎉🎉. I agree with Jilly, you're doing really well reducing the nic in your vape, as long as it's your way and you're comfortable doing it. A zillion times better than ingesting those 4000 poisons in the cigs.💪💪
Playing poker at that time would send me right off to the land of nod😆. Enjoy.
Have a lovely smoke free day Doggie.xx
