Hi everyone 🤗 well mummy poorly but okay waiting to see if she needs a opp, but looking okay first car journey was had felt travel sick partner stopped so I could get some air we carried on and was okay saw mummy and then came home... craving some strong but kicked ass with them.

I'm having difficulty understanding your post. Are you the mummy and did you have motion sickness in the car?

I think cravings will be particularly strong after a week because your body has started to work out you are really serious about quitting and it's objecting.

Congratulations for not giving in to the cravings, you are doing really well.

Hi cat, okay sorry my mum is poorly in hospital my partner drove ,etc to see her as I don't drive and I get travel sick, cravings are getting easier, sorry my posts on here don't really make sense most if the time .... thank you for your message... xx
