About one week in to my quit!!!!

I'm chugging along just fine this time lol. I crave at times but I remember how good it feels to be smoke free!!! I think I needed that slip up to remind me how nasty them things were. Thanks you all and thanks for being there once again for me. I huge difference this time around!!!!

Well done armyguy you're sounding really positive👍 and yes slip ups do help you realise, I had 2 serious attempts at quitting prior to this one and learnt from them alot. You're doing fab keep going 😄
