My favorite time of the week.

Im right around the corner to a new badge. Yippy!! Im just strolling through these days. Its very hard at times. I just don't pick up. Candy,suckers, food anything is better than poison and a death sentence. Nope not even once. Im thinking 1 more week i will try and step down on the patch. But for now in taking it one day at a time and today i didn't smoke. Love ya all. 👍💕

Hi Sandra congrats on your 4wks soon to be 5 I gather I totally agree with you and I have never eaten so much rubbish as I have this last couple of weeks but I don't care at the moment. I will be joining a tennis club again shortly as I haven't played for a couple of years just because if I had a hard game it would nearly kill me trying to catch my breath . Looking forward to getting healthy in more ways than 1. Keep up the fab quit
