Ooft! Interesting stats for me to get my  head  around.

Recently  craving  cigs more than I did in first 6 weeks. Aargh!!! Thought it would be less.

Coughing up gunk is a good reminder not to bother! !

Having friends  quit has been an incredible  support x

Great quit firecrow, 72 days and all that money saved as well, wonderful🚭😊

Forgive my lack of understanding but what's the 5 cigs😳

Those cravings will get less as the weeks go by but mr nic will try his hardest to suck you back in from time to time😩 but you're stronger than the cravings and you're in control. Well done👏🏼😊

Had 5 cigs in 73 days. Good reminders to not smoke.

Crazy to think I would sometimes get up in middle  of night to smoke.

Or 8 cigs before work in morning.

Ì know. Chuffed without chuffing.

Got stuck earlier  though. Bought new covers for light switches  and sockets. Switches easy to change but got stuck on a socket when realised  it links to another one. Now have wires with tape!!

Anyone up for popping round to help?

Scotland!

Brilliant progress, and just look at that bonus! And still old nic tries to tempt you back, he'll keep popping up from time to time, just ignore 'im - you don't need 'im, you never did, you're doing great.👍🏻👍🏻

Aye, mum n dad delighted. Mum gave up in her late 60s dad late 40s both very heavy  smokérs too.

Hang in there Firecrow👍🏻

I've been craving everyday for two weeks since I've been on vacation.  My girlfriend smokes all the time and there's lots of stress here.... I just concentrate on my fear of a smoking related illness and I don't take that first drag xxx
