Congrats Sandie--im at 6 mos too and getting way easier except the weight--and I feel so tired--maybe that's why--Gained 17 lbs-- Iexercise and I want to lay down---It is a dilemma and I completely forgot the weight gain part when I quit--I know so many women who wont quit because of it--Lucky I did forget cos this is no fun--let me kno how you do on your bicycle--I have a treadmill and a pool down the hall in my apt bldg. but Ive learned they do no good if you don't actually use them--xxx MmeT
Hi MmeTย
Yep I'm struggling with the weight gain, iv never had to worry about my weight before, iv gained 10lbs and I must admit has been getting me down recently, I have been cycling 5 miles a day plus walking a couple miles, and not working hasn't helped either but hopefully that's about to change soon. Congratulations on your 6 month quit and we know we have done the right thing hopefully the weight thing evens out soon ๐๐ X sandie
Omg you are doing ALOT--Im ashamed at my feeble attempts-that much exercise would kill me--Im retired so Im free to do whatever which includes laying and watching tv--way to much--are you losing--? you oughts be--what are you eating? Im on low carb ie sugar and high protein--well tryin but ate some cake today--darn it--Thanks for getting back to me-Im not gonna go back to smoking so gotta whip this so I can enjoy my new life--xxx MmeT
