Ok, I'm in between jobs at the moment I need excercise ideas, now I'm not one for gyms, have done this before signed up and then only went once, I'm not doing as much walking at moment to be honest I feel like a right looser when walking on my own...suppose I could put my 4 cats on a lead and take them out 😿😿😿😳😳, I have osteoporosis in my lower back and hips so I have to be careful what excercise I do for jarring on the back, don't get me wrong I'm not a little a bit tempted to go back on the cigs as I'm so proud of myself of what I have accomplished, but there is only so much housework a person can do !!!!! Plus it's freezing just now don't know what's going on with our weather it's meant to be Spring more like November brrrrrrr. A very cold Scottish Woman 🌞🌦🌬

Well I was going to suggest walking.... Ok how about swimming? No strain on your back and you can take it real easy? Cost will vary according to what time you go but if your in receipt of any benefit then it shouldn't cost you that much 😊

A home dvd of Pilates or yoga? They normally have them in the second hand shops so won't cost the earth if you don't like it 😊

I'll give the swimming a miss never been one for that like watching it hahahahaha, the Pilates well .... I went onto you tube got a beginners class and spent most of it watching as I hadn't a clue what she was talking about πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚, but I will try again now I have the gist of it . Thanks for the advice x

Hi Tasha, a fabulous 5 month winner so well done to youπŸšπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜Š

My suggestion for excercise is water aerobics coz there will be no strain and it's a great way to work out. Most pools have them and classes are not expensive. Try popping on some head phones and listen to music when you walk, just a thought. Sometimes the local animal welfare or Dogs Trust actually want volunteer dog walkers. No I'm not barking mad, it's trueπŸ˜‚ The weather will eventually get better so you can look forward to nice walks in the summer😎 A bit of sunshine makes us more energeticπŸ˜‰Β

I would go for the exercise dvd..this way it is self paced and weather is not a problem.Like the girls have said c-crater aerobics are fantastic as no stress on the body πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
