Hello everyone I just wanted to say I am still FOREVER FORWARD CAUSE I refuse to do day one again. Life is so much better for me.OH I get urge's but they don't last.IT'S hard to Believe I started this nasty habit in the military, but I must say they helped me QUIT. When I get my urge's I find a activity to counteract my urge's like,clean my house workout, take a walk,i just enjoy myself so much, or I come to this sight and read,about how other people are doing.Thank YOU
