Well tomorrow is my 7 month quit. I hardly use my ecig anymore 🤗. I've taken up jogging but only gone a couple of times but more than I've done in 18yrs lol. Now starting a diet to get the extra weight off from my quit. Only put on less than a stone since quitting which my dr told me wasn't too bad. I'm registered at my Drs as an ex smoker yayyyy!!!!! I hope everyone else's quits are still going strong
