Hi everyone hope you are all having nice smoke free day,I've not felt like I needed or wanted to smoke for a while but yesterday & today,I have been craving really badly & I'm unsure why. I keep telling myself that it's just mr nic trying to regain control but I'm finding it hard to be honest, any support or advice would be so appreciated. Xx

Hi Lizzie, snap I just wrote a post this morning, 10 weeks Sunday and I woke up wanting one Told myself I don't smoke anymore and brushed it off. Not easy , but not going back, nor you
I then started to keep myself occupied . You have done fantastic, you don't want to give in after all this time, your probably having a few bad days, Mr Nic got a habit of sneaking up when least expected. Stay strong deep breaths and sip water or go for a walk if you can

I sometimes think I want a cigarette but actually it's the habit. I know I don't want to smoke as I do not want to go through all this again.... But it does sometimes sneak up on you 🙀
Stay strong and foccussed and remember NOPE.... Take yourself off for a little walk even if it's just round the office 😊👍🚭🚭🚭🚭🚭🚭🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

Yes it's very hard at times coz mr nic doesn't give up without a fight😡
He's just having another go at ya but stand firm coz you're a non smoker now👍🏼
As the lovely ladies have said, we all get them from time to time☹️ If I walk by someone outside a coffee shop who's just lit up, I go oooooo I'd luv one of them🙄 coz our brains are soooo good they remember these things unfortunately. I was terrible for coffee and cigs so my brain remembers this. I know I don't need one and neither do you. So hang in there and it'll pass💐😊
