Still hear still doing it I'm gettin so close to my first year smoke free I'm so happy. Though some times my sleep patern leaves a lot to be desired x

I'm hoping with time my sleep will get better, my body seems to be confused, I could sleep all day..and I'm very awake at night working on 4 hours average of sleep this week!
