hiya, the initoal smell leaves quite quickly.

but having a good sweat in hot yoga or a sauna and drinking lots of water will help flush out the toxins and stale smell that are deep in the pores.

it lurks in clothes, carpets and cupboards too.

Wash your curtains anything that can go in a washing machine wash it lol clean the carpet or get someone in don't allow people to smoke in your house ,I chuck the husband outside with the door shut ,we smoked at the window or door he doesn't want to give up so out he goes .🍀🍀

I even smelt it on my cats.... they wouldn't hi in the shower .... refused point blank.... However have groomed it out of them. Seriously made me stop and think of the damage I was doing to them too.
