I'm on day 6 WOW! I see my non smoking adviser this evening I can't wait to go before when I have tried to quit I have smoked at night time telling myself I'm still quitting I no now I was just kidding myself I can't believe I've come this far from 20-30 a day to nowt thanks for all the support guys it means a lot 😃😃😃

Good for you. It is defo a roller coaster . I was like that last night. I tend to just go to bed early that's how I found this site last night when I was at my worst . Don't give in you can do it look what you have achieved already nearly a week that's fantastic keep chatting to people on here helped me get through it onwards and upwards
