Sorry for the moan, I'm feeling so down I've got low blood pressure I'm tearful exhausted and stopping in bed.

Yeah you get days like that over Christmas I was in bed until 12 or 1 every day it sounds terrible but I was just wiped out and people had to get me up if we were going out for lunch! Bit better now but when you're whacked you're whacked 😁😁😁😂

sorry u r feeling so blue, Im new on here too been 9 weeks for me and I tough it out everyday with headaches, no sleeping and anxiety. We all get different withdrawls which to me is weird. I smoked a long time 40 yrs and now I have pimples lol must be toxins leaving my body I hope. Tough it out if you can but be kind to yourself have a nice bubble bath and a glass of wine. Do your deep breathing found in pinned posts that might help you. Keep up the good work.
