5:26am Alberta Canada ...... Merry Christmas Linda 🎷🎺🎸🌎🌟✨ I managed the drive home last night ..... Were the roads ever icy..... Felt anxious driving..... I passed 5 cars that spun out and ended up in the ditch.... No one was hurt .... I kept focused on driving slow ...... I am just thinking of having an eggnog but I ate so much sugar last night.... Not sure now...haha....okay talk soon.. xx

what is boxing day for you Arizona..it seems to be different for different parts of the world...I know open presents on boxing day where traditionally that is done Christmas day down in this part of the world
Oh Boxing Day is the day after Christmas Day when people go mad shopping...... There are sales everywhere in Canada ..... Stores are clearing out their stock.... People go wild.... Not me though.... I'm not a shopper
we have the crazy sales here too..i always enjoy boxing day as a nice quiet day..Yesterday was such a big day for me..i helped out at the salvo's Christmas dinner which is something i do every alternate year..then had my daughter and family arrive about 15 minutes after we got home.
So by the time it was all over and done with...i was just exhausted with all the noise and energy...fortunately my 3 grandkids enjoyed the afternoon in the pool as we had a very warm day..today on the other hand, it is warm..but raining..so it is going t get and sticky later today
I hope our thyroid meds are preventing weight gain haha I've eaten so much I'm really quite tired today.... I feel like sleeping..... My pulse went to 109 bpm yesterday.... The dr said to call but then it went back to 89 bpm.....I don't feel shakey or anxious.... Normally they say if we have too much thyroid hormone we would get anxious and shakey and irritable and the opposite if our thyroid is slow..... So worrisome

2:30 Christmas Day afternoon here in Alberta Canada ... I'm into the cashew nuts now hahaha... I'm trying to think what to do...... Driving last night was enough.... Christmas Eve is the big celebration for me so I'm not upset that I'm snowed in today.... I did my celebrating last night (and eating)
OOOOOOOO, I just flippin looooooove cashew nuts and I aint got any they are very fattening BUT, BUT, they make it up with the vast amount of protein and energy they have in them

Actually I went to a lovely, traditional Christmas Eve service last night at a small rural church -- and was truly blessed . That pretty much sums up my Christmas celebration -- as I have nothing else going on today -- but it's enough..
