Week 5 Done

Good morning all...... Well here I am 5 weeks smoke free😊😊. Last week was soooooo hard, I was staying at my sisters and they all smoke😱😱......... But the good news is I DID IT👍👍, but it was hard so hard and to be honest all those smoking around me made me feel quite unwell, sore throat, bunged up head and a bit of a cough. But now I'm home😀Smoke free and happy happy happy that I went into battle with my cravings and come out the other side victorious.... A bit battered but victorious.
