As for your chest pains, this is pretty common symptom when we quit Its all to do with our lungs cleaning themselves out BUT, if in any doubt, please go see your GP even if its just to put your mind at ease

Hiya Dizzy, as Monky says, it's all pretty normal unfortunately. The good news is it will pass and you really will feel the benefit of your quit. I think we all need to be patient in our quit as it does take a bit of time. You're doing a great job, so well done and be proud of your achievement👍🏼😊x
