Aup Dizzy, its great to see ya and doing sooooo well tooooo :) :)

A MASSIVE GREAT BIG '' WELL DONE '' to ya for keeping strong and focused on your quit :) :)

As for your chest pains, this is pretty common symptom when we quit :o :) Its all to do with our lungs cleaning themselves out :) :) BUT, if in any doubt, please go see your GP even if its just to put your mind at ease :) :)

Hiya Dizzy, as Monky says, it's all pretty normal unfortunately. The good news is it will pass and you really will feel the benefit of your quit. I think we all need to be patient in our quit as it does take a bit of time. You're doing a great job, so well done and be proud of your achievement👍🏼😊x
