Today marks my one week quit! I am so excited!!! Checked on my friend that had the heart attack...he's walking 2 to 3 miles a day. Eating better and not smoking! 🎉🎊🎈🚭🚭🚭

Just wanted to add one of the reasons I need and want to quit is because women in my family who smoke have strokes and I'll be damned if I let the tobacco industry/government disable me
