Hello all you nonsmokers🌷........I dont get it...... What is with this fatigue ..... Is it the withdrawal?.... I read to rest...... Maybe it's depression..... I don't know ......... Anyone still experiencing fatigue after 19 days smokefree? I thought I was suppose to be feeling energized......

Hi ya...im afraid the energy side will require further effort on your part...walk at least 5 miles a day or swim for 30 mins or cardio for 30 mins each day...you will feel great after a couple of weeks...😁 x

I meant another extraordinary effort required other than the extraordinary effort you have already made this far..almost like being super human 👍😆 x

Good afternoon🇨🇦 Well.... I guess I'm going to have to find the time of the day when my energy is at its peak and go for it then. I have always walked and I still do light weight training. You're right..... I need to make more effort than I've already made...... No one said this is going to be easy... The fatigue seems overpowering BUT I MUST OVERPOWER THE FATIGUE....... Thank you for the tough love xx

Hey...i fight chronic fatigue most every day...last couple of weeks have been hard, this is despite keeping fit during the week...i have no idea how to beat it, I suppose we just have to fight through until the condition reaches its conclusion...i wish it would atop now though 🌠 x

Wow.....I've often wondered if I have chronic fatigue syndrome ..........I've read about it but I haven't talked to a dr about it. I applaud you for being able to get through a day with working out included. Keep up the good work. I'll keep you posted🌻

Now THAT PIC looks like they're taking a FINE NAP! .. not fatigued!

Seriously, over the last 9 or 10 weeks I've read posts from many a contributor with a really wide range symptoms from smoking cessation .. it's quite amazing how many organs and systems that smoking affects! Adversely.

Now, if you all are waiting to hear my magic answer about fatigue I'm afraid I don't have one at the moment. For the most part, I, personally have felt more energized since I quit .. Coincidentally, without really planning it, I've also gotten into getting more exercise as Oggy65 suggests .. and that does seem to have a beneficial effect... for me.

Fatigue, of course can come from stress, lack of sleep, depression, or a HOST of other things -- and possibly something entirely unrelated to quitting. If it lingers -- consulting a GP might be in order. All the Best, and Thanks again for those great pics! You have been a real encouragement to many -- I hope that you too will be encouraged!

Thanks again Will xx

I think a trip to the doctors is in order as you mentioned my fatigue could well be unrelated to quitting smoking. I'll get on it this week. Today is a holiday. ThanksGiving in Canada 🇨🇦 Back to work tomorrow 🌻
