Has anyone else thought that every symptom after quitting is leading to death? Lol sheesh every morning I wake up feeling horrible. I have v.i.p parking at my doctors office. I literally feel like a zombie! Helpppppp! Lol

Hiya Bre, I think that when we stop smoking we take a lot more notice of how we feel. My blood pressure went up and the g.p. said it was because I stopped smoking my stress levels had gone up😩 which was nearly enough to make me want to light up😡 Anyway I think we have to be patient with ourselves and give our bodies time to heal as we've been inhaling so many chemicals. You are gonna feel fantastic, maybe not today and maybe not tomorrow but you will. Hang in there coz it really does get better👍🏼😊x

Ha ha ha that was so me at Xmas I don't think I would last the year out and I am only early 40's!!

Still have it not so much, running to shift the fat I put on and when my weight drops I get into my head it's some kind of illness that makes me loose weight not the fact that I'm eating healthy and running!!! Also round Easter I got it into my head that my dog could smell cancer.. Honestly I gets better over time I'm not quite there but I'm so mucjh better than what I was..

Hello bre78😀Today is the first day I haven't felt exhausted and nauseous. I went cold turkey for two weeks and caved yesterday and had just one piece of nicotine gum. Just that little bit has helped me tremendously. I'm going to use the nicotine gum sparingly...... One gum a day and make it last. ABC GUM hahaha. Hang in there! You're doing great and your withdrawal will pass🌷

Yep I just posted (my first!) that I am on day six smoke free and for the past few days I've been short of breath. I feel the urge to deep breathe or yawn pretty frequently. The deep breath or yawn makes the urge go away but it comes back quickly. I'm going to have myself checked out this afternoon just to be safe. So yeah I feel ya
