Hey everyone.....last night I had a party and I was able to have a couple margaritas without craving a cigarette!! Omg. This is great!! I was concerned...... I actually felt bad for the people that were lighting up outside....... I visualized myself out there in the past and I feel so thankful that I am respecting myself and nurturing myself into good health..... I'm still taking 1 hour at a time as I am experiencing anxiety. It ebbs and flows. We can do it together🌺
