JUST ABOUT LIT UP LAST NIGHT

Got home from work late last night....... Mood was low......things were chaotic........had this strong urge to have a drink and light up..... Went on this site and read a few posts and realized I'm not on my own..... Other people are having a hell of a time as well....... Took some deep breaths and wrote down why I want to stay off cigarette........ Just thought I better go to bed..... It's 5:12am here....... Not much sleep but at least I didn't smoke🎉
