i quit for a while a few years ago, i plan to use the same method of lots of exercise + a hit of an e-cig when its gets too much.

I'm on day 4 - finding a vape stick useful! Keep going - just think how great we're going to feel and how much better off we'll be cash wise! - I'm going to save the money I would have spent on cigarettes and see how far it'll take me on next years holiday!

Yes Trip, I found exercise very helpful to me too plus I've got an e-cig just for them flippin bad times I wish you loads a good luck on your quit journey and if you need any help at all, please dont hesitate and come a flippin shouting on here
