Hardest day so far and still not giving in!

Yesterday was the hardest day since I quit, very emotional day as it was 9 years since my dad died, would have been soooooo easy to light up, but I held in there, kept saying NOPE, NOPE and even though I was a bit of a cow to everyone I got through!
