I am mad at myself and let down. I allowed stress to make me step outside for release with the monster. But I'm back now! We can all do this!!!

Hi coco, please don't be mad at youself👍👍

Most people have a few attempts before they succeed.. You have just had a practice run😀😀😀😀

Have you read Allan Carrs book " easy way to quit smoking" there is a few of our members who quit after reading this book. (Available as a free pdf download) just understanding how our mind plays tricks on us in thinking that smoking takes away stress etc.

I have always suffered with self managed anxiety, and yes in the early days of my quit journey this become heightened, but that was more me beating myself up and thinking what if I fail, what will people think of me, I have let everyone down etc.. 14 months later, I have this calmness that I never had as a smoker and have noticed positive differences in anxiety. 👍

You can do this, identify your triggers and put strategies in place to manage them. Keep this site close and if you are struggling, come on here and vent or read others journeys etc.. We are here to help and we know how hard it can be....

Chin up.... Repeat after me......I CAN DO THIS?.......NOPE= Not One Puff Ever....😀😀

Hi ya Coco, firstly I would like to thank you for being so honest with us :) :)

Please dont be mad with yourself, cos this is just part of the quit journey and I think most of us have fell off a few times before we get it right :) myself included :o

Like Willc2220 and Glolin have said, its a practice run to the real thing :) just sit yourself down and think WHY, you lit up :o and try to think of a way around it next time it occurs :) learn from it :)

Coco, its lovely to see your straight back on your quit journey again, cos this is what we have to do, stick at it and never ever give in giving the smokes up and kicking that mr flippin nic out a that door :)

Coco, am soooo sorry but I will have to change your Winners badge, this the hardest job I have to do being an administrator :( :( but I will keep it very safe and shiny for you, cos am going to flippin looooooove giving it back to you :) :) :)

I will take your new quit date as 1st September 2015, if this is wrong, then please feel free to slap me around the kisser and put me right eh :o :D :D

Good luck Coco and if you need any help what so ever, then please just come on here and we will try to help you :)
