Hi to everyone, I wish all a Wonderful Weekend. I have been doing great. Patches work but I have noticed that I am getting headaches which I did not prior. So today I am not wearing them anymore, I have gum if needed. So I am on a mission smoking really doesn't do a thing for you it is really a waste of money and of life. So I am going to continue this and with everyone here helping I know that the dumb wanting of nic will end once again. I find it strange that I even want a smoke maybe it is just that time of season. Well I have to go to work now and I will check in soon. Take care Happy No Smoking Weekend.
