Everything's strange

Hey guys! So yeah, still not smoking! Woo!

However, I have a sliiight issue.

I started smoking when I lived at my childhood home, at 16. Where I grew up and stuff. When I turned 18 I moved to where I am now. Since quitting smoking, I can smell so much more, but that's not a .. good ... thing? I don't know. My house smells really weird and sunshine has a smell!

I just feel like something's wrong, constantly, that's something's really off somehow. I don't know why and I know it's linked to quitting smoking. It's just scary.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced it, if it goes away, or if I'm just crazy aha. We'll find out I guess.

Dont be scared by it - embrace it - and if you feel there is a health issue, make a visit to your GP to put your mind at rest

I know exactly what you mean about feeling "off". You don't feel like yourself, like you've lost something and you're empty! This is getting so much better for me. Even though I am vaping, so still getting nic, I am reducing it pretty quickly and feeling much more like my old self. (I am pretty old!). Hang in there.

Hiya jejj, nooooo you're not crazy and don't be scared coz things are changing. Changing for the better and yes it goes away. You're going through a lot of different emotions right now so hang in there. The sense of smell can be a good thing and a bad thing as it is more heightened now. Remind yourself how well you're doing and treat yourself to some nice scented candles to enjoy😊x
