Aup Daemon your going great guns pal, 2 weeks quit now then and thank you for letting us know how well your getting on and how your body is getting used to you not smoking Just wandering Daemon if your doing any exercise at all, cos I know it helped me in those first few weeks

Yep that smokers smell is definitely awful but when we used to smoke we never realised how bad it was ......................but now we do
