Cheers folks. I'm coughing up loads of crap... but my breathing is easier. Although I have had a headache now for 3 days solid!!

Daemon, coughing up mucus and phlegm is a good sign , your body is getting rid of all the nasty poisons. Headaches are not unusual and should disappear soon.
