I have had to up my nicotine in my ecig, but i am mixing the 2.4 with the1.6 to see if it helps
On other news......I have become really spotty, and i mean REALLY spotty, like a teenager....please tell me this is something to do with the quit, as I am spending more on skin care products than I did on cigarettes at the moment lol.
Think i am keeping the companies in business! Just get rid of one lot of spots and the others surface. I have never ever been spotty i my life.

So you are going through the spotty stage. I did about 4 weeks ago. Skin was awful so I thought I would treat myself to some nice face cream. Started using it and my face went all red. Complained to the company and they said to discontinue using it.
I've never been allergic to anything so a week later I thought I try it again.
Seemed ok but kept looking in mirror to check.
Blow me I suddenly realised that it wasn't a red face, it was actually
colour in my cheeks.
And I've had colour rather than that grey smokers skin, ever since.
Spots lasted about a week for me. I think it's the toxins escaping and then you'll be left with glowing skin.
Pinkie, even .......lol
Ps when I claimed to the company I got a cheque for £13, hey oh, quids in.
Well pinkie I'll swap your spots for my sore mouth which is back again, what do ya reckon? This stop smoking business is PAINFUL! I think all the smoke used to kill all these things and now it's not there, there's hell to pay : D x
yup that pic sums me up but got them on my back too ohhh i have done the sore mouth/gum thing thanks, not doing that swap lol. It does get better, but i had to go and buy a soft baby toothbrush and i used cordasyl which just tastes foul, but it does seem to have helped back to my electric toothbrush and listerine now
Thanks hun, yeah did all that baby toothbrush corsodly malarkey when I got it last time. So I guess it's same oh same oh again! My bathroom looks like a dentists arghhhh. Sorry I've no helpful info on your ailment except to say we can suffer on together. A problem shared is a problem halved and all that jazz. : D
