Aww thanks Betts, you feeling sad too? Families can get so complicated these days. Are you struggling with your quit too. At least am doing ok with that so if you need some encouragement I'm all ears.

Yeah, it's family mainly, not sure but my confusion and heavy weight about it maybe because of the the quit too. I feel as if I need to be everywhere at once, pulled in all directions. Wherever I am and whatever I do, there's somebody needing something form me, and I can't be there to give it cos I'm here, trying to give it. Then you get someone else putting in their twopennoth, that you are not doing enough for another.

I'll end up no good for anyone at this rate!

Aww be careful Betts been there this time last year and it didn't end well, that's when I had my short lapse and started smoking. Try and explain to everyone that right now you need all your reserves to help yourself to stay quit. And remember you can't please all of the people all of the time. xx
