Just to say I'm glad I got this far. It's all been helped by you all - big big thank you - and the ecig. It has really helped to read all your posts, laughs, successes and struggles. It's been tough, feel nuts really....

What adventures will there be in my crazy dreams tonight? Hoping to get some sleep....

3 days until my official quit date! But not smoked since Friday :)

taking up the ecig, my real smoking had dropped to 3-5 a day, so instead of having only 60 smokes...
