I thought I'd drop by to say I hope you are all doing well. My mental health is spiralling downwards so it's not healthy for any of you to be subjected to it. So yeah, I might be back eventually (even if only 1 person seems to have noticed I went)

So sorry you're going through that, Lilybet. Take what help you can, and like I just said elsewhere, be kind to yourself. It helps me to remember that it will pass, it won't always feel like it does now, so look after yourself whilst you pass through it. Gently does it.
