Another thought provoking read, thanks JillyGirl.
I always remember the tissue paper test. Not only does it look really bad when you blow the smoke out onto the paper, but I think it is even more frightening to know that if you inhale, then blow the smoke out - it is still stained, but not as much so - This just goes to prove that it is already making it's way down to lining your airways and then your lungs...
No wonder your body takes quite a battering through smoking.
I'm really glad that I don't smoke anymore
Weird isn't it. If I'd been presented with that when I smoked I probably would have followed the links and read the stuff, then that would have been that and I'd have gone off and probably had another cig. Now I've stopped smoking I won't read it. May have stopped smoking now, but after 33 years of smoking I'd rather not know what's in store for me possibly a few years down the line from here. Funny how much we're prepared to bury our head in the sand when we smoke but then that's the power of addiction.
