Well the sun has made an appearance lets hope the wind drops and I can get out for my daily walk, the exercise always helps to dislodge more phlegm for me which after a coughing fit actually makes me feel much better, going to concentrate on drinking more water today, too much alcohol consumed last few days, have a good day people x

... Hip, hip hooray :-)

I hope you do manage to get out, just take care as I almost lost the door from my car this morning!

For anybody with COPD needs to wrap up well too as there is a damp mist within the air that causes a bit of a cough too.

Detox time for many now me thinks... festive spirit cause much spirits and other kinds of alcohol to be consumed :D

Hi ya Kaprin, soooooo its flippin you who's hoggin all the sun then :P :D :D I hope your feeling well gal :)

Yes Kaprin, exercise helped me get rid of all that muck out of my lungs, I've got a rowing machine which I exercise on, and I tell you gal, that used to get rid of it !! but I can get on it now, and just do a bit of puffin and panttin, and it makes me feel great :)

If you manage to get out and about for a walk, then like Emjay said, you wrapp up warm gal, cos if you flippin dont, then you got me to deal with OK :o :D :D

Speak soon Kaprin, look after yourself gal :)

You always make me smile monky, can always guarantee you raise my spirits didn't manage to get out was very breathless and it was so windy did not think it was worth it, start heart rehab on 13 January that will give me more confidence as professionals will be there and I will know more about what is achievable then? feeling much better today thanks after having my grandson overnight and all day, both his mum and dad working (police and nurse) they are always on duty over Christmas he is 3 years old going on 20 but such a joy, you take care x
